Portal design & development
A PHP/MariaDB test-application replacing the GerBI Quality Assessment for Instruments & Facilities team's MachForm-plus-Excel workflow for core facility recognition. The evaluation criteria and scoring rules are the team's own work; I designed and built the portal that runs them: applicant survey, automatic scoring engine, evidence uploads, and an audited evaluator review dashboard.
